My Fragrance Idea

My idea is to have Shrimps and an artist collaborate where some form of Shrimps’ brand ethos comes through e.g. animal cruelty or feminism. The collaboration will see an interior diffuser being produced that reflects both Shrimps and the chosen artist. I chose an interior diffuser because the cultural consumer is interested in art, space and architecture ect. Having an interior diffuser that has been designed by an artist with the intentions to raise awareness for a cause satisfies the cultural consumers need for brand authenticity and individualism. With a rise in popularity, now is a great time to produce interior diffusers that have both quality design and meaning.
I want to pair this fragrance with a sensory experience, an event where anyone can visit and be submerged in the fruits of the collaboration. This sensory experience will be held in a gallery and will educate attendants on the cause. I chose to have an experience because apart from a few features in department stores, Shrimps do not have any physical manifestations of their brand e.g. a store where their full personality can flourish. However with this collaboration, consumers can have an immersive experience whether at home or at the immersive space.
